It’s Ladder Time
This Ladder routine will be comprised of four exercises that will flow into one another. The ladder count will start at 1 rep and continue through till you complete 10 reps of each of the following four exercises:
- DB Burpees to
- DB Renegade Rows to
- DB High Pulls (in the hang position) to
- DB Thrusters
Use a weight that is challenging. 15-20 lbs for women and 25 lbs & up for men. Once you grab the dumbbells be prepared to not let go until you finish. A clock will be set at 25 minutes. Try to finish the ladder before the clock runs down.
