- 15 Two-Handed Kettlebell Swing
- 20 Renegade Row (each hand is 1 rep) (no push-ups)
- 15 Skater Hops (1 r/l = 1 rep)
- 10 Burpees
The weight to be used; males 20k / females 16k, yes even on the Renegades. On the Skater Hops you must touch the toe of each foot with the opposite hand.
