2- 10 Dbl KB Clean and Press (long cycle)
3- 8 KB Renegade Rows w/push-up

All movements are the same weight. Men 16 k> / Women 12 k>

This class is for advanced members who have the strength & good knowledge of the movements. This is not for your convenience
