5 Rung Ladder

The “Ladder” will be performed in this manner.  You will perform 1 through 5 rep round, after the 5 rep round has been completed you will reverse the “Ladder” down at the 4 rep round. Do Not repeat the 5 rep round. Do this for 2 rounds and end the routine at the 1 rep round.

    1 DB Thruster
    1 Ball Slam
  • 2 Burpee Box Jump
    2 DB Thrusters
    2 Ball Slams
  • 3 Burpee Box Jumps
    3 DB Thrusters
    3 Ball Slams

    4 DB Thrusters
