Two’s Company, Three’s A Show 

 

Perform each movement in each triplet for 20 seconds non-stop for three rounds. Complete one triplet, rest for 1 minute and move on to the next triplet and do the same. Go through all three triplets 2xs.

 

Triplet #1 (use one bell for all 3 exercises)

  • KB Clean L

Triplet #2

  • Ball Slams
  • DB Thrusters
  • Sled

Triplet #3

  • Plank Jacks
  • V-ups
  • Sit-outs
