Two-In-One
EMOM for 12 minutes perform
- 1 BB Hang clean + 1 BB Front squat + 1 BB Shoulder to overhead (perform the BB movements consecutively at 80% max)
- 3 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes then………
8 minute AMRAP (move through this AMRAP as fast as possible)
- 3 Pull-ups (assisted or unassisted)
- 9 V-ups
- 27 Air squats
