Two-In-One

 

EMOM for 12 minutes perform 

  • 1 BB Hang clean + 1 BB Front squat + 1 BB Shoulder to overhead (perform the BB movements consecutively at 80% max)
  •  3 Burpees

 

Rest 2 minutes then………

 

8 minute AMRAP (move through this AMRAP as fast as possible)

  • 3 Pull-ups (assisted or unassisted)
  • 9 V-ups
  • 27 Air squats
