Let’s start HIIT week right!  Use a challenging weight, get maximum reps and empty your tank

 

Warm-up – 2 rds

  • 1 min jump rope
  • 300 m Run
  • 20 air squats at the 300m mark

 

Metabolic Conditioning

Three, five minute rounds.

Rest 1 minute between each round.

  • 20 sec Air-dyne sprints
  • G&P elbow strikes 8r/8l

 

  • 10 KB snatch-pulls
  • 10 Slam ball

 

  • Tire flips
  • Sledgehammer tire strikes 5r/5l

  • 10 DB Turkish get-ups right
  • 10 DB Turkish get-ups left
