Pre-Game Strength AMRAP (15 Min)

    • Dbl KB Deadlift 10-8-6-4-2 Perform 10 reps then immediately move to the next weight and perform 8 reps, move to the next weight and perform 6 reps, and so on to 2 reps… then run.
    • Run 300 Meters

Workout – Circuit

30 sec work/ 10 sec rest for 6 rounds with 1 min rest after 2 rounds
