Group Warm-up
Take 15 minutes to run the loop and work on mobility with the remaining time.
Partner Workout (10 RDs)
Partner 1 – 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats
Partner 2 – AMRAP Deadlifts until partner 1 finishes.

- Then switch. Once both partners have completed a full round of each, run 200 meters together.
