Workout – EMOM (8 RDs)

    • Minute 1 = 4 BB/DB Clean & Press
    • Minute 2 = 15 Burpees
    • Minute 3 = 16 KB Swings
    • Minute 4 = 5 BB/DB Clean & Press
    • Minute 5 = 14 Burpees
    • Minute 6 = 17 KB Swings
  • Follow the pattern for 8 total rounds. Clean & Press and KB Swings increase by 1 rep each round. Burpees decrease by 1 rep each round. Last round as follows…
