Group Warm-up
- Run 400 Meters then complete 2 rounds @ 30 sec each…
- Skips
- Butt Kickers
- Air Squats
- Tempo Push-ups
- Long Sit-ups
- Up Dog/ Down Dog
Strength Pre-Game
- 75 DB Front Squats *Goal is 6-8 squats per minute. Go HEAVY!!

- EMOM 10 Mountain Climbers until all Front Squats are complete.
Workout – Circuit
Perform the circuit @ 40 sec work/ 20 sec rest for 4 total rounds w/ 1 minute rest after each round.

- Wall Sit w/ Front Raise
