Group Warm-up

  • Run 400 Meters then complete 2 rounds @ 30 sec each…
    • Skips
    • Butt Kickers
    • Air Squats
    • Tempo Push-ups
    • Long Sit-ups
    • Up Dog/ Down Dog

Strength Pre-Game

  • 75 DB Front Squats  *Goal is 6-8 squats per minute. Go HEAVY!! 
    • EMOM 10 Mountain Climbers until all Front Squats are complete.

Workout – Circuit

Perform the circuit @ 40 sec work/ 20 sec rest for 4 total rounds w/ 1 minute rest after each round.

    • Bulgarian Split Squats (Alt sides each round.)
    • Power Jacks
    • Slam Balls
    • Wall Sit w/  Front Raise
