Workout – Circuit

Stay on 1 movement for 6 rounds of 30 sec work/ 15 sec rest. Take 2 minutes between each round (1 min plank/ 1 min rest).

    • Farmers Carry  (HEAVY KBs)
    • Banded KB High Pulls
    • Slam Balls
    • Bike Sprint
    • Single KB Clean and Squat (switch hands each round)
    • Banded Crunch
