Partner Pre-Game

40 sec work/ 20 sec rest for 3 rounds nonstop

    • Burpee Chest Pass
    • Buddy Sit-ups (w/ Dynamax Toss)
    • Buddy Push-ups

Partner Workout 

4 minute AMRAPs IGOUGO style w/ 1 minute rest between each AMRAP

  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Hang Squat Clean
  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 5 Racked Lunges (5/5)
  • 10 See Saw Press (5/5)
