Workout – EMOM Chipper

Stay on 1 movement until all reps are complete. EMOM the secondary body weight movement at the top of every minute then resume the chipper.

    • 100 KB Swings (5 Squat Thrusts)
    • 80 Goblet Squats (10 Dynamic Squats)
    • 60 Mountain Climbers (10 Half Burpees)
    • 40 Push Press (10 Push-ups)
    • 20 Alt DB Snatch (10 Power Jacks)
    • 10 Pull-ups (1 min Plank)
