    • Plank Jacks
    • Push-ups to Alternating Toe Tap

Pre-Game (4 RDs)

    • 7 x DB Clean Farmers Carry —->
    • 7 x DB Front Squat Farmers Carry —->
    • 7 x DB Push Press Farmers Carry —->
  • Work to not put down DBs until end of the 3 movements. Rest as needed after each round.
