    • Butt Kickers
    • Alt Lateral Lunges
    • PVC Pass Throughs
    • PVC OH Squats
    • Hand Release Push-ups

EMOM Pre-Game (10 min)

  • Odd Min – 10 Thrusters (BB/ DB/ KB)
  • Even Min- 3 Pull-ups + 6 Push-ups + 9 Air Squats

Workout

40 sec work/ 20 sec rest x 4 rounds

    • See Saw Press
    • Mountain Climbers
    • Hang Squat Clean
    • Evil Jumps
    • Side Plank (Switch sides each rd.)
  • Take 1 min rest after 2 rounds.
