Double Triple

Get as many rounds as possible!

Rest 1:30 sec between each triplet.

Triplet 1 – 12 minute AMRAP

  • 25 Double-unders or 25 cals on the Airdyne bike
  • Snatch, DB 5/5 reps or BB snatch 5 reps
  • 5 Bounding Burpees

Triplet 2- 12 minute AMRAP

  • Shuttle run
  • 10 Kettlebell dip-n-Switch (5r/5l)
  • 10 Sit-outs
