- Mtn Climbers
- Anterior DB reach w/OH press
- Alternating MB V-ups
- DB 3 way punches (5 up, out, down)
Clean & Press Challenge: (Any Tool: SB, KB’s, Atlas Stone, Keg, BB or DB)
Perform 10, 8,6,4,2 reps AFAP !
Then…… Tabata these 6 exercises for 20/10. Complete 6 cycles, rest a minute then move to next station.
