Tonight’s workout is Tabata (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest) style 6 rounds of these 6 exercises. Complete the 6 rounds of 20 on 10 off each exercise with a minute rest between each then move to next station.

  • Burpees
  • KB swings
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Anterior DB reach w/OH press
  • Alternating MB V-ups
  • DB 3 way punches (5 up, out, down)

Perform 10, 8,6,4,2 reps AFAP !

Then…… Tabata these  6 exercises for 20/10. Complete  6 cycles, rest a minute then move to next station.

  • Dbl KB Front Squats
  • Push-up (elevated feet)
  • HEAVY KB Rows ( alt r/l each cycle)
  • Sled Pushes
  • Plank Climbers
