20 seconds work /10 seconds rest at each couplet for 8 rounds then move to the next couplet

One minute rest between rounds.

Couplet #1

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • KB Rows (alt sides each round)

Couplet #2

  • Box jumps
  • BB Push Press

Couplet#3

  • Sled
  • Wall ball

Then…….

On the minute, every minute for 10 minutes perform:

  • 3 Burpees
  • 7 Push-Ups
  • 15 DEEP Body Weight Squats
