20 seconds work /10 seconds rest at each couplet for 8 rounds then move to the next couplet
One minute rest between rounds.
Couplet #1
- Kettlebell high pulls
- KB Rows (alt sides each round)
Couplet #2
- Box jumps
- BB Push Press
Couplet#3
- Sled
- Wall ball
Then…….
On the minute, every minute for 10 minutes perform:
- 3 Burpees
- 7 Push-Ups
- 15 DEEP Body Weight Squats
