- Air Squats
- Prisoner Jump Squats
- Rear Lunge with a High Knee Jump
- Skaters
- Downward/Upward Dog
- Push-ups
- Sit-outs
Workout:
Each person from a team will complete the following movements As Quickly As Possible then it’s your partners turn
3 rounds for each team member for the best time:
- 10 KB Goblet Squat & Curl — 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
- 10 Figure 8 to a hold — 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
- 10 KB swings —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
- 10 DB Thrusters —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
- 10 KB pushups w/ Pass Through —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
- 10 KB Get-up Sit-up —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
