3 rounds of Body-weight Ex for 30 seconds each:

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Air Squats
  • Prisoner Jump Squats
  • Rear Lunge with a High Knee Jump
  • Skaters
  • Downward/Upward Dog
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-outs

 

Workout:

Each person from a team will complete the following movements As Quickly As Possible then it’s your partners turn

3 rounds for each team member for the best time:

  • 10 KB Goblet Squat & Curl — 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
  • 10 Figure 8 to a hold — 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
  • 10 KB swings —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
  • 10 DB Thrusters —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
  • 10 KB pushups w/ Pass Through —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
  • 10 KB Get-up Sit-up —- 3 Cone Suicide Sprint
