Warm-up, Foam Roll, Stretch & Socialize

 

Strength: 2rds (Reverse rep order on 2nd rd)

2 Kettlebells, One in the rack One in the Hand (Alt every 10 yds)

Perform Mtn Climber 30r/30lWalk 10 yds with the kettlebells
Perform Mtn Climbers 25r/25l
Walk 10 yds with the kettlebells
Perform Mtn Climbers 20r/2ol
Continue until you perform 10 Mtn Climbers

 

Workout: Ladder

Perform this by working reps  1 through 5  = 1 round, after the 5 rep round has been completed you will start back at 1 through 4 then 1 Through 3, then 1 through 2 until 1 rep
