- Rear Lunge w/Twist – 10 Reps each side
- Band Lat pull downs – 1o Reps each side
- Arm Circles – 10 Forward/ 10 Backward
- Pigeon Stretch – 30 sec each side
Pre-game: AMRAP 7 MInutes
- 30 Double or 1 Minute Jump Rope
- 20 Long Sit-ups
- 15 BP Snatches (5 High, 5 Low , 5 Ground)
Workout: Circuit Style
40/20 5 Rounds, 1 minute rest after each round
- DB Hang Squat Clean Thruster (High, Low,Ground)
- V-ups
- Box jumps
- Slamball
