Group-Warm-up: 3rds

  • Rear Lunge w/Twist – 10 Reps each side
  • Band Lat pull downs – 1o Reps each side
  • Arm Circles – 10 Forward/ 10 Backward
  • Pigeon Stretch –  30 sec each side

 

Pre-game: AMRAP 7 MInutes

  • 30 Double  or 1 Minute Jump Rope
  • 20 Long Sit-ups
  • 15  BP Snatches (5 High, 5 Low , 5 Ground)

 

Workout: Circuit Style

40/20 5 Rounds, 1 minute rest after each round

  • DB Hang Squat Clean Thruster (High, Low,Ground)
  • V-ups
  • Box jumps
  • Slamball
