  • Mixed Band Pull Aparts – 30 rep
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 10 Reps
  • PVC Hip Swings – 10 Reps each direction
  • PVC Leg Swing – 10 Reps each Side
  • Pigeon Stretch  – 30 sec each Side

 

Full Body Strength: 5 sets of 5 reps

  • BB Thrusters (find a nice Partner)

Increase your weight, work on maintaining breath control and pacing. Rest between sets as needed.
