- Mixed Band Pull Aparts – 30 rep
- PVC Pass Throughs – 10 Reps
- PVC Hip Swings – 10 Reps each direction
- PVC Leg Swing – 10 Reps each Side
- Pigeon Stretch – 30 sec each Side
Full Body Strength: 5 sets of 5 reps
- BB Thrusters (find a nice Partner)
Increase your weight, work on maintaining breath control and pacing. Rest between sets as needed.
