Workout – 25 min AMRAP
- 400 Meter Run
- 20 Sandbag Rotational Lunges (10r/ 10l)
- 15 Reclines
- 10 Push-ups
- 5 Squat Thrusts
- Sled Sprints (Sleds will be set up with various weights.)
- 1 min Plank
