Pre – Game Couplets

30 work/ 30 work/ 30 rest (4RDs) Stay on 1 couplet for 4 rounds.

    1. Air Squats/ Squat Hold
    2. Push-ups/ High Plank
    3. Bumper Plate Snatch/ Plate OH Hold

Workout – 25 min AMRAP

    • 400 Meter Run
    • 20 Sandbag Rotational Lunges (10r/ 10l)
    • 15 Reclines
    • 10 Push-ups
    • 5 Squat Thrusts
    • Sled Sprints (Sleds will be set up with various weights.)
    • 1 min Plank
