Group Warm-up (2 RDs)

    • 1 Minute Jump Rope
    • 20 Jumping Jacks
    • 20 Skips
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 20 Shoulder Taps
    • 1 minute Jump Rope
    • 10 Hand Release Push-ups
    • 10 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 10 Long Sit-ups
    • 10 Up Dog Down Dog

Pre-Game (5 RDs)

    • 5 BB Push Press (Increase your weight each round.)
    • 10 Push Through Push-ups
    • 15 Med Ball Jacks

Workout – Couplets

30 sec work/ 10 sec rest for 5 rounds (10 cycles) at each couplet.

    • KB Suitcase Carry Left/ KB Suitcase Carry Right
    • Kneeling Slam Balls/ TRX Face-pulls
    • KB Dynamic Squats/ High Knees
  • Take 1 minute rest between couplets.
