Pre-Game EMOM (4 RDs)

  • Min 1 – 10 DB/BB Front Squats
  • Min 2 – 20 Dynamic Squats
  • Min 3 – Plank

Workout – Circuit

35 sec work/ 15 sec rest x 4 rounds

    • TRX Reclines
    • Box Jumps
    • Dbl KB Deadlift
    • Squat and Push (Dynamax Ball)
    • Alt KB Snatch
  • Take 2 minutes between each round to run 200 meters and rest.
