- BarBell Thrusters (w 65#> / m 85#>)
- DB Renagade Rows
- Sledgehammer tire slams
- Alternating DB Waiter’s walking lunges (length of gym w20lb/m30lbs)
- Atlas Stone alternating sholulder passes
