  • Group Jog (down and back) x3
  • High Knees (down and back)
  • Butt Kicks (down and back)
  • Stiff Leg March  (down and back)
  • Pegion Stretch  – 30 sec  per side

Pre-Game: 4 Rounds

  • 10 Seconds on Bike
  • 5 Dumbbell Squats (ascending weights)
  • 3 – 2 Jack Burpees

 

Workout:

30 second work / 20 second rest for 6 rounds with no rest between rounds

  • KB Goblet Squat
  • KB High pulls
  • KB Alt. Shoulder Pass
  • KB Swings
