Pre – Game 10 min EMOM

Odd Min – 6 Burpee Box Jumps

Even Min – 12 Alt DB Snatches

 

Workout – Couplets

6 Rds (12 cycles) of 20/10 at each couplet. Stay on each couplet for 6 total rounds before moving on to the next. Take 1 minute rest between couplets.

  1. Battle Rope Jumping  Jacks/  Russian Twists w/ D-Max Ball
  2. Renegade Rows/ Squat Thrusts
  3. Air Squats/ High Knees
